Christmas dinner! This turkey was one of the best ever made by me. Seasoned with sage, parsley and other herbs and rubbed with buttery love. Stuffed with Sicilian lemmon. Sauerkraut, buttery herbed carrots and honey roasted chillied sweet potatoes!
